Atlas is a modernized ticketing platform for AT&T Network Technicians. Atlas has efficiency and usability at the center of its design to give technicians an easy interface to work with while building the network.
I was the lead UX Researcher and Designer for the project, with work including technician interviews, client requirement document creation, design creation and iteration, and cross communication interfacing with developers and client groups.

Atlas Mobile is the on-the-go companion to the Atlas ticketing platform, giving AT&T Network Technicians the essentials of their workflow directly in the field.

The Autonomous Defense Vehicle (ADV) was designed to have a deployable shield that would be used to assist the army by giving our troops a shield that stayed between them and the enemy no matter where they moved. Our group was the culmination of two previous years of work that created the shield system and wheel base of the overall robot, respectively, without communication, so smooth integration was a key priority that required significant research.
My role was the CAD Designer and Manufacturer for the project, so my main work was CAD designs, engineering drawing creation, rendering, manufacturing, and assembly.

Woodworking is a personal creative outlet where I design and build furniture and small home pieces from raw lumber. Each project starts with sketches and dimensioned plans, then moves through milling, joinery, assembly, and finishing.
This work sharpens the same skills I use in UX — measuring twice, iterating on prototypes, and paying close attention to how people will actually use the finished object.
